OUR EXPERIENCE WITH J. COONS WAS EXCELLENT!! Everyone on his team was extremely knowledgable & assisted us from start to finish. We never felt lost in the process, as they were always available. Kudos to Kelli Greagori for her weekly follow-ups to everyone (i.e. Attorneys, Agents, Title Co.) making sure everyone was submitting the documents needed so there would be no issues at closing. Brian helped my wife and I refinance our mortgage and combine our construction loan. We were able to save a ton of money and shave 5 years off our current mortgage. Brian locked us in at the right time before the rates went up. Any questions we had he was able to answer on the spot.
