Jeff was easy to work with and helped us navigate the current cash offer market. He provided us with the cash to keys program so we could put a cash offer on our new home with out the worry of having to sell our home. We were able to sell our home and did not use the cash to keys program but his team navigated us quickly through that too. They were very responsive and made it smooth and stress free.
